How to Enter

*Submit your piece to the contest folder, then leave a comment on this journal.

Rules

*You must be a member of the group Ask-A-State.
*A max of 2 submissions may be entered per deviant.
*Entry must include at least 2 state OCs and no more than two cannon characters.
*Only new pieces created specifically for this contest will be accepted.
*Only submit to the contest folder.
*No tracing or stealing the work of others.
*The use of bases is not allowed.
*MMD is not allowed.
*Moderate gore is accepted (blood, bruises, etc.) but outstanding mutilation of characters is not allowed.  No visible organs please.
*Mature content is allowed as long as it follows dA's terms.
*Pairings of yaoi, yuri and hetero are allowed.
*2P! and Nyo! are allowed, but AUs such as Mochi! and Neko! are not.
*Sketches/WIP are also not allowed.

What are the judges looking for?

*Creativity & originality:
How well does the piece stand out from the other submissions?
*Technical Skill:
How does the piece compare to others this person has made? Did this person use a good color scheme, have clean lines, and understand how things work in their piece?
*Preparedness:
Did this person spend good time thinking about and working on the piece or does it just look thrown together?
